In addition to residential jobs, we also offer commercial paving. Like our residential side, we offer driveway paving, surfacing, resurfacing and interlocking paving stones to our commercial clients, but we also add the ability to do large-scale jobs, such as entire parking lot paving. Because these types of jobs can be an incredible undertaking, we highly recommend you reaching out to us to get the job done quickly, efficiently and correctly. We take pride in maintaining our relationships with our commercial customers so that, in the future, if any problems arise, we can be the first ones you think of to get the job done.
Types of Paving We Do
All different types of projects call for different kinds of material. Depending upon the amount of foot or vehicle traffic your property has, we can decide on which material will be the best for that job. Whether you want a completely cost effective solution, like asphalt, a more middle of the road solution, like concrete or a custom solution, like paving stones and interlocking systems, we know we can give you exactly what you need for form and function.
Places We Can Pave
No place is too big or too small for us, here, at Milton Perfect Pavers. We can do anything from the smallest stand-alone, one room business with 2 parking spaces to entire apartment complexes to large scale campuses, such as schools or universities. We’ve never met a project we didn’t feel like we could tackle, so we encourage you to reach out with whatever your job entails. Do you have a church parking lot that needs resurfacing? We can do that. Is your strip mall parking lot in need of brand new asphalt? We’ve got you there, too. Whatever you need, we can do.
Concrete Vs Asphalt Vs Paving Stone
The material you choose to have us pave with is completely up to you. Asphalt is the old go-to. Asphalt is durable, resists water and oils spills and holds up well under most conditions; being the most cost effective solution. For places the regularly see heavier vehicles, we recommend concrete, as it holds much more of a load and usually lasts for thirty to fifty years. If you are looking for something to really set your place of business apart from the others, we recommend paving stone, as this give a unique finish and is highly customizable.
Commercial resurfacing is something that is bound to be needed by your place of business in the future. You get a lot of traffic at that store, so taking care of the parking lot is the first step in presenting to your customers a clean and safe place of business. If the base of your asphalt or concrete parking lot remains in good condition, but the top coat seems like it is starting to discolor or crack, resurfacing is a great option. Resurfacing it cheaper than total replacement and can do a great job in helping with the integrity and beauty of your pavement.
